Overall a great hoodie

Fabric is soft to touch and garment well made only thing I did not expect was the shedding of the fluff from the fleece, lots of white fluff came off onto a darker top I had underneath. After a couple of washes this seemed to stop but is worth being aware of.

I Love it! Exactly what I wanted, sizing was perfect.
I got a bit worried it took longer to get here than I expected so I emailed customer service and they were great, very helpful. Ended up coming the next day anyway :)

Hi, there was nothing wrong with the hoodie I ordered, but the medium size (which I usually order) is too small - probably my fault, but I was surprised that it doesn't fit!
